Warranty and Returns Policy

Returns –  Paul G. Giordano, Inc. dba LCR follows the manufacturer warranty by product. No item may be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from our customer service department. Non-defective items can only be returned if they were purchased directly from LCR and must be returned in unused condition and in the unopened, original packaging – due to the nature of our products, we cannot authorize the return of a product that has been opened and/or removed from its original packaging. Retail, commercial and government customers must request an RMA within 10 days of receiving order for a full refund of the purchase price. 

Refunds-  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 Exchanges-  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: LCR 2120 Salem Ave Roanoke VA 24016.

Warranty –LCR products are manufacturer warranted against defects in packaging, material, and workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase. No item may be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number from our customer service department. Defective items will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. Damage caused by neglect, abuse, misuse, alteration of the product, or improper storage is not covered by this limited warranty. 

Restocking Fee- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
